ORDERS
Many orders are considered custom due to adding names or dates. Custom orders will have proofs provided prior to creation to ensure all information is correct and as you expect. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable so please ensure you approve all proofs within the timing schedule allotted.
SHIPPING
Shipping times vary by location; however, we will do our best to keep you updated on your expected delivery date. Shipping charges are non refundable and we ship in the most cost effective manner suitable for the item shipped. We cannot ship to a post office box and signature is not required at time of delivery.
RETURNS
A return authorization must be received prior to shipping your item back. Please keep in mind personalized and/or custom orders are final sale and may not be returned. All other items may be returned if in good saleable condition and request for return authorization is received within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
