CARVED and LASERED WOOD COLLECTIONS

All of our items in the "Carved Wood Collections" and "Laser Creations" are machine carved/lasered and finished by hand, therefore, no two pieces are identical.  The images shown are a representation and may vary from your final product.

 

The types of wood typically used for most products are pine or cypress.  Other wood choices may be available at an additional cost.  Color options are available; however, in rare instances, changing the finish of a sign may constitute a customization.  Signs are either painted or stained (or both) depending on the wood type and design.

Each sign featured is representative of the final product you are purchasing. Some customizations are available, such as signs containing a name; however, customizations will require additional creation and delivery time.  Some customizations may also result in an additional charge.  Details supplied upon ordering.

The majority of our wood products are suitable for indoor/outdoor use; however, it is recommended to display the item in a covered outdoor area to prolong the life of the piece.  Items exposed directly to outdoor elements such as sun and rain may result in quicker wear on the item.  Periodic re-sealing of the item may be required to extend the life of the product.

 

Customization:

​We are happy to create custom orders based on your vision/need.  Please email with any special requests and we will do our best to bring your vision to reality.

All custom and personalized orders will have a preview of your sign sent to you via email (please check your spam folder).  Any edits to be made must be received back via email within 3 business days.  Revisions will be made within two business days and a final preview will be sent.  If there are no additional revisions or no response to the preview within 3 business days, the final "proof" will be considered approved and your item will be created.  Custom orders have a lead time of 7 days. 

 

Please note:  While we are happy to customize orders where we can to ensure you receive what you desire; we cannot produce any items which contain trademarked, licensed, or offensive/obscene words or images.  Please email us with your request to determine if your image/saying can be produced.
